This is a courtesy translation. The German version is legally binding.
We show statistics from public League of Legends games, which we retrieve via the official Riot Games API. If you do not want us to collect your games and show your profile, you can object here. You do not have to give a reason.
How it works:
- Enter your Riot ID (e.g. Name#EUW).
- Confirm that it belongs to you. You have two options:
- Change your profile icon: We show you an icon. Set it as your profile icon in the League client and click "Check". Afterwards you can switch back to your old icon. You have 30 minutes for this.
- Sign in with Riot (once available): Sign in with your Riot account. We only receive confirmation that the Riot ID belongs to you. [AVAILABLE ONCE RSO IS APPROVED]
What happens next:
- Your profile is no longer visible, effective immediately.
- We delete the data we can link to you (Riot ID, identifier, match data, rank history, timeline values, reports) without undue delay, usually within 72 hours, at the latest within one month. The only exceptions are: the block list entry (your identifier as an encrypted check value, no Riot ID in plain text), a deletion log without Riot ID as evidence ([3 YEARS]), your email address, if you wrote to us, until confirmation (at most [30] days), and backups until they are overwritten (at most [30] days).
- Your identifier is added to a block list so that we do not collect your data in the future. The objection remains in place even if you change your Riot ID: what counts is your Riot identifier (PUUID), not the name. If we technically change our Riot access, we transfer the block; should this fail in individual cases, we will inform you if we have an email address for you.
- We remove your identifier from games you took part in; these games may still count towards overall statistics (e.g. "Ahri's win rate"). In doing so, we immediately replace the match ID of all games you took part in with an internal random key, for all ten participants. Your rows in these games receive a new random identifier that is not linked to the block list, and we delete the raw data of these games. After that, these games can no longer be linked to you without additional knowledge. New games you take part in are cleaned of your data as soon as we retrieve them and are stored without raw data and without Riot Games' match ID. In other players' game details you appear as "hidden player".
- We confirm on this page that your request is verified and the deletion is in progress. If you wrote to us by email, we confirm the deletion by email.
You have an account with us? Then the opt-out also ends everything based on your game data (reports, weekly plan, progress). You delete the account itself in the settings.
Withdrawing the opt-out: Possible with the same confirmation via [URL]. Deleted data does not come back; we only collect new games.
